But I also doubted myself too. You have to have some confidence in being able to show up in a room to present your findings and display your solutions, but that work comes before with others you work with. Absolutely. I often remind UXers that they are often the authority and SME in the room. Other leaders often look to you for a strong opinion on what to do. We have a lot of knowledge and expertise than we think, and you'd be surprised sometimes just to show up with confidence would go a long way.
